We are well on our way to achieving this goal, and we are looking to build our People & Culture team to go further.Position DetailsAs the leader of Catapult's Business Transformation team, the Project Manager (PM) must be a skilled planner, facilitator & influencer of change. This position is responsible for building cross-functional relationships with other business leaders, key stakeholders, project teams, and various vendors and/or partners. Additionally, the PM is responsible for leading a small team of employees including those with Salesforce, IT and Data Analytics backgrounds who are key players in org-wide project implementations & employee support.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with diverse scope from conceptualization through post implementation and partnering with other leaders to sustain changes implemented.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrate ability to manage small to medium sized portfolio of operations change initiatives to influence effective prioritization, sequencing, and resource capacity.• Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and transitioning to operations for ownership.• Applies project and program management methodologies and best practices to lead (or co-lead) project implementations.• Works with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) sponsor(s) to accurately scope changes, identify resources and evaluate & effectuate timeline based on org-wide goals.• Works directly with sponsor to successfully initiate the project & provides sponsor with regular updates to monitor for risks, barriers and ensure project is completed on time and in scope and with quality results.• Effectively creates & coordinates project communication plans, incorporating appropriate communication methods, feedback, and stakeholder engagement throughout the life of the change initiative.• Communicates clearly and concisely across various levels with the organization and tailors the message according to the audience.• Professionally influences and leads others in multi-faced workstreams; manages expectations to sponsors and key stakeholders.• Applies understanding of change management principles to help organization sustain changes including ability to prepare necessary training, documentation & resources for those affected by change.• Manages vendor / partner relationships including Developer partners, Managed Service Providers, and those providing various licensing and app agreements.• Builds strong relationships with team members, provides performance coaching, performance evaluation and effectively leads team to deliver effectively.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree required• 3- 5 years of experience leading projects / change initiatives with proven results; preferably with PMP credential• Experience as a people leader, is preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED• Self-directed, organized and focused• Excellent data interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Efficient organizational, facilitation and time management skills• Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations to members and other employees of the organization• Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar PM tools), Salesforce & Office365 Tools required• Prosci (or equivalent Change Management) certification and/or Lean Six Sigma, preferred• Some experience with workforce resource management is preferred• Experience with other strategic planning, facilitation and organizational tools Rhythm Systems and Mural preferredTRAVELMinimal travel. Must be willing to travel to assigned home office once per month for collaboration days and other Catapult locations 4 times per year for all-hands meetings as well as any required ad-hoc meetings. Mileage to/from home office is not reimbursable.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business setting, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
