Essential Job Functions: Assists with managing day to day operations of contracts and Program Managers. Assists with analyzing work, tasks and project throughput to develop work processes and procedures, resource and staffing plans, quality control tools and metrics. Assists with coaching, training, and managing Program Managers/Leads to ensure highly effective contract performance. Assists with managing customer expectations and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Works effectively with other functions of the business to accomplish company goals and ensure efficiency. Implements company policies and procedures, as well as ensures compliance with procedures. Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve contract performance. Ensures that project/contract milestones and goals are met and adheres to approved budgets. Ensures safety and quality on all contracts including responsibility for quality plans, safety plans, and quality control. Responsible for assisting with training plans. Assists with identifying process improvements. Knowledge of contracts, customers, and scope of work. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent years of relevant experience in operations, government contracting, or project management. Direct supervisory experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detailed oriented. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office products. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Must be able to travel up to 30% to 50% of the time. Clearance This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance. Additional Competencies Initiative Time Management Decision Making Communication Proficiency Organization Skills Job Preferences: Prefer candidate that has experience managing multiple federal contracts Coursework, certification and/or training in Operations Management preferred.
