Penick Village is looking for a Sales Counselor to play a key role in helping grow the Penick Village community. Collaborating within the sales and marketing department of a senior living, life plan community, the enthusiastic and energetic team member will ensure the growth and maintenance of our independent and assisted living residential marketing programs and occupancy through the sales process. The Sales Counselor will provide excellent and professional sales functions in Penick Village's current and future marketing, sales, and branding needs. Sales functions include phone calls, appointments, on-site and off-site events; and may include participating in social media maintenance. Other duties would include support in the residence renovation coordination for incoming residents. Additionally, sales functions include the ability to quickly master a working knowledge of the sales and move-in processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating on and executing our marketing campaigns, completing our sales performance metrics, and maintaining positive communication and partnership with internal teams. This candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in nurturing professional & authentic relationships, and a willingness to cultivate and enhance sales & marketing skills. Experience in sales, hospitality work, and/or social media management is a plus!
