We are seeking an engaging, people-focused leader for Business Services Supervisor who will coordinate and administer daily activities of the Business Services Department and Treasury Operations. Supervise and oversee staff who provide back-office support for business account documentation, business account maintenance, business services training, Treasury Management member training, and account review. In addition, perform daily, weekly, monthly exception monitoring and resolution; ACH and renewal recommendations, monthly billings, analysis of service charge entries and performance of all member and back-office workflow within Treasury Operations. Identify and resolve business issues, assist with business services growth and sales, including involvement in projects and initiatives. You will work directly with businesses who are members at SESLOC. Knowledge of small business banking needs and products is required. Must be able to analyze data, look for trends and develop strategies to improve business services operations. Must possess demonstrated leadership, collaborative management style, and professional interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications with the ability to exercise fair and equitable judgment in all situations. Education and Experience : A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school and three to five years' Business Services experience or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Credit Union or Financial Institution experience preferred. SESLOC has a collegial work environment with a keen focus on training and development.
