Work Hours : 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weekends, and evenings Pay Range: $75,000-$100,000 annual base + bonus opportunities, depending on experience Benefits Include : Paid 100% Employee Medical premium Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off 7 Paid Holidays 401k with 4% Company Matching Formal In Class and On The Job Training Short Term Disability Insurance Company-Paid Uniforms Company Vehicle Position Summary : To supervise the sales operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the Salesperson and the department. Other duties include customer relations, and interaction with the sales & install operations manager concerning their sales needs. Responsible for making sure that all salespeople are hired and properly trained. The Sales Supervisor is expected to handle the sales department and ensure its continued profitability and growth. Execute and deliver on the budget as outlined in planning. Required Qualifications : Valid driver's license & insurable driving record Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers Ability to lead and inspire a team Proficient computer skills Ability to multitask Organized and detail-oriented Desired Qualifications : Knowledge of the HVAC Industry
