Dreams of America is looking for a job coach/mentor/counselor to help adults with disabilities inspire our students to inspire themselves. Passion to help people is a must! If you truly enjoy helping other people, we would love to speak with you! Our top priority is our students and we want our staff to share in our excitement to change people's lives!Responsibilities: Assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals. Help in the development of motivation and skills. Assist people with disabilities in developing social and life skills. Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients. Other job duties as needed Be a mentor to students with disabilities Requirements: Must Have passion to help people. Experience in working with people with disabilities is a major plus. Ability to inspire and motivate. Ability to handle more than one client simultaneously. Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster Required Per Health Order.
