The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Community Participation Instructor for our Community Fusion program. This day program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Fusion is a day program that was designed as a transitional program for individuals with disabilities to assist them in becoming active citizens in their community. Participants can choose from a variety of activities throughout the day. The Community Participation Instructor will assist these participants in a range of activities of their choice, including community involvement. Part-time position in Carlisle: Pay rate: $14.44 per hour. Benefits include dental and vision insurance and employer paid long-term disability, life insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Requirements: A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required. Experience in working with people who have disabilities is preferred but not required.
