WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU To thrive as our Clean Energy Customer Service Rep, you need to meet the following requirements: 1+ years of sales or customer service experience AND a high school diploma OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office A college degree in a related field would be preferred! Plus, you should have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to details. You also need to be able to communicate with a wide variety of people and have decent problem-solving skills. As a Clean Energy Customer Service Rep, you are a friendly and helpful person who makes sure all our clients' needs are taken care of. If an order is missing, a billing problem arises, a customer has a complaint, or any other snag comes up, you promptly address the issue and make things right again. Energy needs can change over time, so you help collect and analyze data about consumer behavior to keep up with current usage trends.
