That means at The Arc you get to come to work to play while making a difference! You will be helping our individuals create a better life. That means you could be playing games, visiting cool places and getting paid to have fun!If you are 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED hold a valid driver's license and motivated to work while having a great time assisting others you will learn everything you need to know through training which is ongoing and paid.Starting wage is $15.75 with a $.25 increase after you have completed medication administration training. You are then eligible for an increase up to 5% after your 1st year of service. Positions available are Part-time and are 2nd shifts and weekend hours. When working 2nd shift, you receive a $.50 shift differential. When working the weekends which starts at 3p on Friday and runs through Monday at 6am, you will receive an additional $1 for every hour worked during that time.Come make a difference in someone's life!
