Alpha Senior Concepts Suamico, is accepting applications for Lead CAREGIVERFull time position available on AM shift, 12- hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. Caregiver qualifications include: Record of good attendance CBRF Certifications a Plus! CNA Training a Plus! Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus! Caregivers are responsible to: Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident Respond to resident needs in a timely manner Demonstrate empathy and develop a caring rapport with residents Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely Communicate change of condition to supervisor in a timely manner Build positive relationships with co-workers Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease Lead Caregivers are also responsible for training new staff About Alpha Senior Concepts : We are grateful to our dedicated employees.Our Benefits Include:- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour- Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Benefits- Service Awards, Appreciation & Recognition Programs-SIGN ON BONUS $1,000
