Interflight Parking Company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a 2nd shift customer service/shuttle driver to join our team at MKE Airport. We are located on 5300 S Howell Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include office operation, telephone answering, and customer service, CSR must also possess general office skills such as typing, filing, and cash handling. Each customer service representative is assigned individual responsibilities, although they are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage in the event of a co-worker's absence. If necessary, customer service representatives will cashiers during busy times.Driver position is responsible for the safe transportation of customers to and from the terminal using established routes. Duties will include all proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required by the Department of Transportation and Interflight Parking policies and procedures and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications A drivers License and good driving record are Required Friendly attitude and customer-focused Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Good communication skills with customers Customer service experience preferred Ability to pass a drug test Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of shuttle Follow proper fueling procedures for the shuttles Ensure compliance of the route schedule Obey all laws regarding the proper operation of the shuttle bus Ensure excellent customer service is used assist customers with luggage assist customers with tire inflations, jump starts or lost vehicle assistance Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand and move around as customer service dictates Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner Mobility of hands and arms in repeated motions to operate shuttle Ability to handle stressful situations and handling all customer concerns Ability to safely and properly operate a hydraulic handicap lift Ability to work in all weather conditions We are looking forward to receiving your application.
