We are looking for a Licensed Plumber in Chicago willing and eager to assist with building our Plumbing Dept. We are based in North Side Chicago. We have low turnover which attests to the positive company culture. Our company provides a favorable compensation package which includes commissions and spiffs. Benefits: Paid holidays, paid vacation (2 weeks accrued the first year with us), medical, dental, life insurance, short-term insurance, long-term disability insurance, retirement with company contributions, company truck/van, company phone, and company gas card. Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on-call schedule required, including some evenings and weekends. Some OT as needed. Compensation: Total earning opportunity of $100,0000+ Required Qualifications / Achievements: 5+ years of plumbing field service and installation experience Chicago Plumbing Contractor License required Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude Demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability Impeccable customer service experience Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the service and/or installation of plumbing equipment/components Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in attending service training seminars and classes Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills Valid driver's license Clean, insurable driving record Able to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check Desired Qualifications / Achievements: Plumbing Tech School certificate
