Opportunity Summary: We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative (Heavy Duty/ Diesel Parts), who is responsible for selling products and services by identifying the needs of current and potential customers in a specific area of responsibility and promotes the use of W. W. Williams Parts and Service Departments to solve them. Job Duties: Take all necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction. Take an active role in company sales. Active participant in Parts Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency. Assisting in assuring proper inventory levels. Accurately quote and sell Parts. Communicate with Back counter, Front counter and Warehouse Staff. Adhere to policies, procedures, and branch goals. Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities: Exceptional interpersonal, team work and communication skills. Clear understanding of customer service and sales. Must be familiar with Heavy Duty Truck Parts. Recent OEM Truck parts experience a plus. Must be a resourceful person, with a never give up attitude. Good understanding of mechanical components and associated repair. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Must have valid driver's license.
