Job Description Our Summer Internship Program is different from a lot of other internships in the agency space. We are committed to giving the interns we hire a holistic agency experience so they can move forward with confidence in their budding careers. Because of this, our summer interns are not committed to one department but are instead given the ability to rotate through a variety of departments so they can find a field that matches their skills and interests. We are looking for a team of interns that are extremely motivated and interested in learning. These qualities are essential in becoming an asset in our fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Interns will work on real, client projects and will oftentimes be shown and presented on status calls Interns are encouraged to speak up in meetings, defend their work, and become a vital part of a team Interns should feel empowered to offer their unique insight on the company, the clients they serve and the teams they work with Interns should be given opportunities to learn and grow with the option to explore different disciplines Interns should be given opportunities to shadow discipline leads and team members in meetings and observe client relationships Interns will be responsible for ad hoc needs from team members across the agency regardless of the discipline they are assigned to Interns will be responsible for real, billable work for clients that will be assigned by the discipline lead that has oversight of them during that period Interns will have an end-of-season project in which they will use the skills they've learned during the summer and will be asked to present it to a committee of team members Reporting Relationship: Will report to their advisor along with their dedicated departments, who will provide mentorship, oversight, and assistance with your day-to-day responsibilities and career growth. Qualifications Excellent ability to meet deadlines on projects and coordinate tasks Natural ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote (Mac) and Outlook is essential Extraordinary communication skills; providing the Account Services team with information about the status of coordination tasks or issues Have a passion for the latest and greatest in technology, marketing, advertising, communications and innovation Driven to accept responsibility and accountability for work while seeking opportunities for additional challenges and growth Additional Information If you are applying from outside the Phoenix area, please outline your relocation plans and your availability to interview locally.
