Review the structure, individual performance and program performance for all of the ECED programs. Coordinate budget planning with members of the Early Childhood Education Management team. Work with other organizations in the community to foster collaboration as defined by the various ECED funders. Decision making in conjunction with the Senior VP of ECED regarding program operations. Monitor all ECED functions in the areas of Divisional compliance with CMCS policies and procedures . Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual program self-assessment, community assessment, ECED strategic plan and service plans and other related program requirements. Job Location/Schedule: Bronx No remote option Requirements: Master's Degree in Public Health, Child Development, Business Management or related field. A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, with specific expertise in program development, fiscal management, and budgeting; and extensive experience in the development of high-performance teams, team building practices, and conflict resolution strategies .
