Mardian Equipment has and the affiliated companies have over 180 employees and operate in five different states in the Western U.S. Mardian seeks an experienced 5 years minimum Heavy Equipment Mechanics for our Phoenix location. The ideal candidate will have strong heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience with a sound track record providing exceptional customer service. We are hiring for 2nd Shift (11:30am to 8:30pm) and night shift (8:30 pm - 4:30 am) Responsibilities Include: Heavy equipment maintenance and repairs. Preventative maintenance and repair on Rough Terrain, Hydraulic Truck and Crawler Cranes. Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing semi-trucks, trailers, and cranes. Reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals. A strict adherence to Company standards and safety procedures. Ability to work without direct supervision at times. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years heavy equipment experience. Must have ability to complete written service reports and report time worked. Must be able to communicate professionally and in a service-oriented manner to customers, vendors, manufacturers, etc. for technical questions and support. May be required to perform field service work when needed. Must get along with others in a team/shop environment. Valid driver's license, clean DMV, background check and drug and alcohol test are required for this position. Basic tool set required for position. Company will provide some specialty tools/equipment.
