Here are some of the things you will do: Operate heavy equipment, specifically grader, trackhoe, backhoe, loader or skidsteer, efficiently, and safely. Excavate trenches, load trucks, grade sidewalks and building pads. Direct and teach laborers. Greases, oils, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools. Be an amazing team member on an amazing team Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean MVR. Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs. Regular exposure to the elements Strong work ethic You will need to documents to show your eligibility to work in the United States.
