RDP Foodservice is looking to hire an experienced and customer service minded Transportation Clerk to join our Transportation team located in Hilliard, OH. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TRANSPORTATION CLERK The Transportation Clerk will verify and document daily, driver clock in/ departure times The Transportation Clerk will verify and document daily, driver compliance as it pertains to Samsara Maintain and manage Driver Qualification Files Backhaul tracking and processing Data Entry Upkeep of multiple trackers and tools Process and file paperwork as needed Assist the Director of Ops and Transportation Manager with any needed operational support Assist with special projects, as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TRANSPORTATION CLERK Able to leverage and utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point) above a beginner level. The ability to multi task when given multiple tasks to perform Ability to work with little supervision Willingness to cross train and assist different departments when needed Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, positive, and customer service oriented BENEFITS We know we couldn't be successful without our hard-working team.
