Job Summary: VectorCSP is looking for an individual to provide technical support services to assist the U.S. Coast Guard's C5ISC BOD-AIB in providing Technical Authority oversight for C5I acquisitions . This position will perform comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning ; manage technical data and Engineering Changes, develop operator and maintenance training, support coordination with diverse stakeholders, recommend and submit technical solutions, and maintain system configuration and documentation. Requirements: Must have an active Top Secret clearance Education and Experience: HS Diploma Technical experience with acquisition program support Essential Duties: P erform reviews of OPC Detailed design and Construction (DD&C) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables : Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and (C5I) R eview, contribute content, update, and maintain the Information Technology Resources section and other applicable sections of the OPC Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP). S upport OPC Acquisition Sustainment Planning through participation in technical data and computer resources working groups at the Asset Project Office (APO)/Surface Asset Logistics Center (SALC). Par ticipate in and support OPC surface related Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Working Groups (WGs), as well as support and assist preparing "Determinations and Findings" documentation to standardize C5I systems and components. P rovide administrative support in the development, preparation, distribution, and follow-up on OPC related meetings whether on or off-site, to include compilation and distribution of meeting minutes. R eview and provide comments, as applicable, to C5ISC Process Guides that relate to the sustainment planning of OPC C5I systems. S upport the C5ISC BOD AIB in its role as CG-6 technical authority representative by performing analysis and review of applicable standards and regulations related to the operation and sustainment of OPC C5I systems and providing feedback to C5ISC BOD AIB. R eview and provide comments on Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans (EILSPs) for OPC related components. R eview and analyze OPC related C5I ECRs and ECPs and prepare responses for COR review . The contractor shall track the status of current surface related C5I ECRs and ECPs. R eview and provide comments on Navy Type Navy Owned (NTNO) equipment drawings and documentation in support of OPC C5I sustainment planning. V erify proper installation of C5I equipment and conduct equipment and compliance audits and provide the results to C5ISC BOD AIB. R eview and provide comments on C5I system training documents and provide the results to C5ISC BOD AIB. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: K nowledge and experience in providing programmatic support Understanding of the acquisition principles involved with performance-based acquisition Knowledge of vessel and systems development processes Ability to develop and manage technical system specifications and plan asset and system sustainment VectorCSP is a Federal contracting small business based out of North Carolina.
