Summary The Operations Coordinator's primary role is to ensure accuracy in the Company's weekly operational reporting. Focus will be on field reporting, accounting and revenue collections. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Prepare weekly reports from field reporting to become invoicing and payroll inputs Compare field reporting with customer reporting to ensure accuracy in maps and estimates Track field employee submission deadlines and ensure information is submitted in a timely manner Communicate with field employees to make corrections Collaborate with office employees to ensure accuracy Become a subject matter expert on data collection, software, invoicing and operational procedures Track and ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely manner and to customer specifications Utilize in-house accounting and data-producing systems to prepare reports to aid decision making Reconcile invoices with Payroll and Accounts Payable expenses Implement new, and streamline existing, processes & software to assist in job-level decision making with a focus on job-level profitability Create, maintain, and analyze internal and external financial reporting Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all work Assist in other operational functions and perform additional assignments as directed Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's or Associates degree, or equivalent work experience Must be task and detail-oriented Strong computer & Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with accounting related programs and Microsoft Office Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
