Licensed Master Level Therapist - Outpatient Hispanic Clinic

Description:
This position is part of collaboration between PPI and PinnacleHealth System to provide Behavioral Health integrated care services in both the medical specialty centers and primary care sites within the Pinnacle Health System. Participates in the interdisciplinary team to help improve the health and well-being of the patient panel and promote team functioning. Interventions will include crisis intervention, brief behavioral interventions, psychosocial assessments, supportive short-term counseling, group psychotherapy, and appropriate internal/external referrals. Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field. LCSW with 3 years' experience required. Experience working in a medical setting preferred. Experience working with populations with varying lifestyles, ages, sexual orientation, ethnic and cultural backgrounds and economic status. Basic computer skills required. Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention training is required.
