Dalco Nonwovens, LLC is looking for Maintenance Technician for our Conover, NC plant. This is a 2nd shift position working 12 hour shifts.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Repair, modify and maintain all production equipment Install, assemble, fit and align equipment and machinery according to prints or drawings Perform preventive maintenance tasks Troubleshoot, repair and make adjustment to mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Install and modify mechanical and hydraulic piping to production equipment Acetylene welding, brazing and soldering or repair and installation of equipment Perform light metal fabrication, wood construction, painting and other tasks as needed Set up and operate shop equipment Participate in projects as assigned Complete shop records May be required to handle hazardous waste Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer Maintenance related degree or training.Must be able to work a 12-hours on 2nd shift 7pm-7am on a 3-2-2 schedule. The shift rotation is one week is 36 hours the next week is 48 hours.Previous Maintenance experience in manufacturing or recent A.A.S Maintenance Degree.
