The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Participation Aides assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities. Openings: Shermans Dale - Monday-Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm Compensation: Part-time position starting pay is $12.03 per hour. Benefits: Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and 60 hours of paid time off during the first year.
