Photo Sales Team Lead working at LEGOLAND California! We are looking for approachable, collaborative, and profit-minded Team Leads to inspire our photography sales team to capture and sell memories for our guests through interactive photography. We need goal-oriented Team Leads to join our awesome team. It's an exciting time to be joining Pomvom as we are launching a brand-new way of experiencing the theme park & resort with a digital journey like none other! Position summary Our sales team captures & sells photos of our guests at different locations within the LEGOLAND theme park and resort located in Carlsbad, CA. Our Team Leads work in position while also motivating staff to achieve daily KPI's set by the Operations Manager.
