SUMMARY: The Digital Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of content strategy for our company. The successful candidate will be a creative and organized individual who is able to create and manage compelling content that drives engagement, growth, and other business goals. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has excellent written communication skills, and should perform well under deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and manage content strategies and plans that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. Create and maintain content for our website, blog, SMS, email, social media, and other digital assets. Develop, manage, and optimize content to ensure maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion. Monitor and analyze content performance, providing data-driven insights to improve content. Perform keyword research to identify and target relevant topics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is optimized and effective. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content production schedules. Ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand voice, messaging, and purpose. Build a scalable content production process that drives new customer initiatives. Experience with video production is a plus. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or a similar field. 3-5 years of experience in content strategy and content marketing SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and optimizing content. Understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices Experience with content management systems and analytics tools Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience producing content across several different channels/medium. You are detailed-oriented ask questions and are curious. Strong organizational and project management skills Work well under deadlines, deftly prioritizing and multitasking as needed. Are willing to wear different hats - adapt to evolving market opportunities. Self-starter PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, to permit the employee to function in a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties at outlined above.
