I mplement and monitor policies and procedure of the facility through various methods includ ing hands on training Own a ccountab ility for decreasing the incidence and transmission of infectious diseases between residents, staff, visitors and the community Ensure that all mont hly nursing education i s completed by staff and help orient new employees.
