Summary Responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests and applicants, and portraying a professional image to the general public. This is a Full-Time position. Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. Starting wage $16-$18/hr based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directs all incoming calls to the correct department or individual Compile Manager's Daily Report and cellphone program Greets and assists visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner Sorts and files various paperwork for departments Record supply orders from shippers Opens and closes front lobby as well as some light cleaning of the areas Takes messages via paper or email for appropriate department or individual Updates phone directory Assists with other projects as needed Education and Experience High school Diploma or equivalent required Clerical or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and handle a large call volume Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times EEO and Affirmative Action Statement Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
