Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling has an immediate need for an install helper. Our fast growing company offers competitive pay and benefits. Primary Job Function: To assist with installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Pay Scale: $16.00 - $18.00/hr, Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical Dental Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401k plus 4% company match Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours) Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and the ability to work independently Universal EPA Certification preferred Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred 2 years install experience highly preferred Insurable driving record and valid driver's license
