Bella Elevator is looking for Woodworkers Assemblers for its Roanoke, IL facility! Bella Elevator is looking to add to our Production Team! We are presently seeking several woodworking enthusiasts to join our elite team, Roanoke, IL facility. We would love to talk to you about becoming part of the TEAM! !Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and have experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or assembly.Duties and Responsibilities* Determines product specifications and materials, work methods, and machine setup requirements, according to blueprints, drawings, or work orders* Sets up and operates powered or manual woodworking machines, such as drill presses, table saws, panel saws, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, or wood-nailing machines*Examines raw wood stock for defects and to ensure conformity to size and other specification standards* Examines finished work pieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut, or conformity to specifications and verify dimensions, visually and using hands, rules, calipers, templates, or gauges*Changes alignment and adjustment of sanding, cutting, or boring machine guides to prevent defects in finished products, using hand tools* Feeds stock through feed mechanisms or conveyors into planing, shaping, boring, sanding machines, or table machines to produce desired components* Cleans or maintains products, machines, or work areas* Lubes, greases or oils woodworking machines* Operates gluing guns, machines, hammers, or screw guns; and nails or screws to press, affix, or assemble work pieces* Performs all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures* Maintains a clean, safe work area free of foreign materialsDESIRED JOB SKILLS: woodworking or cabinet making experience Pay based on experience Bella is committed to a positive and purposeful culture - one that delivers on its promises, offers the highest quality of products, and creates happiness through superior customer service.
