RHINO STAGING AND EVENTS Rhino Staging is a full-service production company, with a main focus on staffing labor for concerts, corporate events, festivals and many other live events. We work with some of the biggest artists/events in the business including Taylor Swift, WWE Smackdown, Eagles and Cirque Du Soleil. Recruiter Rhino Staging is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage their time, prioritize work and multitask across several, ever changing projects. This person would be working with a tight knit office team to properly coordinate and hire employees for multiple events. We value people based on merit and strong work ethics and are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, organized individual to join our Rhino Team. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (full cycle recruiting). Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Assisting office operations as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (Applicant Pro) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Requirements: At least one-three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
