Established in 1941 our company occupies a 93,000 square foot modern air-conditioned building recently expanded in 2011. WTW specializes in complete turnkey packages including engineering, prototypes, tool construction, and wire/EDM. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC mills Operate, load/unload material, indicate vices/fixtures, and deburr Inspect and verify conformance to specifications Provide crucial input on CNC programming, tool path, and tool/cutter selection Key Requirements: High school diploma Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC mills, programming experience helpful Manual machining experience Mastery of setting up fixtures, tooling, vices, and clamps Operates machines running complex and high tolerance components Understand machining properties of various tool steels Passionate about machining Strong work ethic and highly motivated Meticulous attention to detail Good communication skills including the ability to interface with customers, management, suppliers, and other employees.
