We are a business formation company headquartered in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S. We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc. On average, a Customer Support Specialist will make $50,000 in their first 12 months in this role. Our commission structure is uncapped. We look for candidates from all backgrounds and provide paid training specific to our industry. In this role you will assist clients in services that they are paying for through Inc Authority such as tax planning, business credit, legal, website development, etc. Responsibilities Assist clients in all aspects of their business Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction Strive for customer satisfaction and promotion of customer reviews through our online portal Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact Awesome benefits include: Base + Bonuses (Top Customer Service Associates earn up to $50,000) Enjoy working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with weekends off!
