Our company is based on fostering integrity, honesty, and reliability in everything we do. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in our Generator Department to join our team. Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch, with potential OT during peak seasons. Pay Scale : $16.00 - $19.00/ hr. DOE Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401K with 4% employer match Additional benefits offered through Aflac paid holidays paid vacation Primary Job Function: To provide excellent customer service as well as maintenance and tune ups on Generator systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. An ideal candidate will possess: Dependability. We are looking for someone who is more reliable than spontaneous. Adaptability/ flexibility. This job can have a lot of moving parts, we want someone who can shift priorities quickly. High attention to detail. This job will involve working with the details rather than the big picture. Autonomy/ Independence. You will need to enjoy working with little direction. Ability to work in high pressure/stress environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license & insurable driving record Pass background check & drug screen Minimum of 1 year experience performing preventative maintenance on Generators Mechanical skills / aptitude Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to recommend products and services to customers Willingness to invest in tools Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired, not required **NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
