Interflight Parking Company- at MKE Airport, is looking for 3rd shift Full-Time Shuttle Drivers to join our team. Our ideal candidates are is goal-oriented, provide high-quality of service, motivated, and reliable. This is a competitive wage plus tips position* Scope of Position: This position is responsible for the safe transportation of customers to and from the terminal using established routes. Duties will include all proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required by the Department of Transportation and Interflight Parking policies and procedures and other tasks as assigned. Objective: To ensure the proper, safe, and timely operation of a shuttle bus, proper customer service, and administrative functions. Including pre/post trip inspection. Responsibilities: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle Follow proper fueling procedures for the shuttles Ensure compliance of the route schedule Obey all laws regarding the proper operation of the shuttle bus Ensure excellent customer service is used assist customers with luggage assist customers with tire inflations, jump starts or lost vehicle assistance Position Qualifications: A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record are required Must have a clean driving record within the last 5 years Previous shuttle driving experience preferred Must be flexible with schedule Have an excellent attendance record Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required Ability to work independently Excellent customer services skills required Excellent communication skills required Have excellent decision-making skills Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand and move around as customer service dictates Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner Mobility of hands and arms in repeated motions to operate shuttle Ability to handle stressful situations and handling all customer concerns Ability to safely and properly operate a hydraulic handicap lift Ability to work in all weather conditions
