COVID Vaccination Required & Mandatory Health & Safety Protocols followed JOB SUMMARY:Prepares and cooks a variety of fine dining dishes in our Kloomachin Restaurant and Point Julia Cafe. Multiple positions open. Cook foods in quantities according to menu and prep specification.Coordinates activities of the Kitchen to effect operational efficiency and economy.Assists the Sous Chef in training and developing staff on techniques, equipment, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation.Inspects and tastes prepared foods to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations.Performs all other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Previous direct kitchen experience required, preferably in a high volume fast past, fine dining environment State of Washington Food Handler's Card.
