MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - PHONE SALES AGENT This full-time position works at our call center between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM . As the overseer of our call center operations, you develop effective strategies to improve our sales methods. Every day, you lead a team of reps and work alongside them to convert leads into clients, providing guidance and support when necessary. Highly attentive, you keep close track of every lead that comes your way, recording each lead's origin and calculating the ROI to determine the effectiveness of each source. But your role doesn't stop there. When you're not busy engaging with clients, you coordinate with drafters, sales reps, and site surveyors to ensure that each account is handled masterfully. Collaboration is key as you work closely with management to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and generate new ideas for improving our current methods.
