Lifeguard * Part Time & Pool Days & Evenings * Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Lifeguard for Part Time Days and Evenings, including Weekends. As a Lifeguard, you will carry out our Mission of Love by life g uarding at Masonic Village pools and maintaining a safe environment at all pools for our customers. Our Lifeguard is responsible for the following: Responsible for excellent customer service, skill competency and maintain current certifications. Follow all policy/procedures at each pool. Responsible for attending on-going training and in-servicing to be compliant with American Red Cross skill level. Demonstrates knowledge of all emergency facility procedures for all pools. Maintain a safe environment for our customers. Responsible for working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program. What You Have: Demonstrates to ability to perform American Red Cross or equivalent skills for Life Guard. Demonstrates computer skills used to operate the check-in software. Maintains professional certification Life Guard, CPR, First Aid, AED. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
