If you are interested in the Retail Parts Sales Representative position you will: Perform a variety of in-house duties related to identifying parts needed for processing of retail parts sales orders Processes retail parts inquiries through the parts e-mail inbox Check for accuracy and approves orders Answer calls and help ID parts for customers via phone. Email or drop ins. All follow up procedures are required to be handled within 24-hours Process RGA when needed Work to maintain a good relationship with the customers and fellow employees Perform routine housekeeping tasks Attend any training or opportunities related to maintain proficiency related to their job description Preform inventory duties Help fellow co workers Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
