State Credit Union is currently accepting applicants for the position of Systems Engineer within our Technology Systems and Services Department. The Systems Engineer is expected to administer, upgrade, secure, and maintain critical network and related hardware and software within the Credit Union. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure devices which includes routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and data circuits. Administration and maintenance of Credit Union phone systems. Create and maintain concise and relevant systems documentation. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. Communicate with vendors to obtain information and resolve problems when appropriate. Monitoring and patching all network hardware. Minimum Requirements Include: Applicants must have 3-5 years' work experience in computer related field and advanced knowledge of pertinent systems, hardware, and software. Bachelor's degree in related computer technology area or equivalent education and experience is required. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Cisco firewalls, switches, routers, and SSL/IPSEC VPN configurations. Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Presence, and Contact Center is highly desirable.
