A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER As a Landscape Operations Manager, you are responsible for supervising our maintenance crews. While in the field, you guide our team and ensure that each job is completed according to our standards for quality. As needed, you help complete the job by diagnosing turf and shrub issues, assisting with snow removal, and more. You also work from our office, where you handle scheduling, training, and other management responsibilities. Skillfully, you prepare an estimate for the cost of each job. Additionally, whenever you need to interact with our clients, you do so with kindness and optimism, providing world-class customer service. As you work, you keep an open line of communication with our director of client relations. You love leading a crew and take pride in the high-quality work you complete! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER 5+ years of landscape maintenance, operations, and supervisory experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and a good driving record Computer proficiency Are you flexible and willing to help out where needed? Can you provide excellent customer service to our clients? Are you a great listener with fantastic communication skills? Do you have strong time management and organizational skills?
