Summary/Objective: AirCo Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is energetic, positive and motivated person who has an extensive sales background and looking for a long-term career where you can reach your ambitious financial goals. This will be a consultative salesperson who can quickly connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver results that will best suit our customer base. With a growing inside sales department, this person will work independently and follow daily effort metrics with the ability to be flexible with continuous departmental updates. This position will be in office. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with some evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications/Experience At least 2 years of sales experience Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom or admissions phone sales preferred Driven by earning potential in an uncapped commission environment Longevity and a strong history of award-winning sales success Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience A high school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred Essential Duties Make a certain number of outbound calls daily Leads will be from our membership database Follow up and convert unsold repairs or system replacement estimates to customers Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on our solutions Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every situation Exceed established sales goals on a weekly basis Competencies: Can help extend our brand of offering consistent, genuinely helpful service to our customers Possesses excellent verbal communication skills with good voice modulation Has a successful track record of phone sales and is a closer Can easily navigate computers and CRM systems(Service Titan experience is a plus) Uses creativity and ingenuity to overcome objections Has initiative and resourcefulness Has a competitive mentality, without compromising the team or customer experience Has an ability for grasping and retaining technical concepts and in turn, explaining them in easily digestible terms for the customer Is a problem solver, enthusiastically taking on the challenges of determining what customers need Has a positive attitude Can manage a steady routine of sales activity and a book of business Is organized with strong follow-through Is a responsible, reliable professional Has discipline and strong accountability to maintain high standards for metrics, call quality and structure Has personal integrity Has a great student mentality Compensation OTE: $60,000-$120,000 Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health saving account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Engaging company culture and recognition activities Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: This job regularly operates in a professional office environment with controlled temperatures and normal sound levels.
