The CYM High School ELP Manager/Development Coordinator is a full-time position, responsible to provide collaborative support to High School ELP Site Leads and staff, as well as provide promotional and donor support to the organization. ** Full job description is attached ** Responsible to: ELP Director, COO, CEO Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) Salary Range : $22.50 - $26.50 per hour Qualifications Minimum education; Bachelor's degree in related fields 3+ years of ELP leadership experience Experience with photo and video editing software Ability to maintain high-quality standards for online content and printed materials Highly collaborative work style with excellent donor relationship-building skills. Fundraising experience in the non-profit sector Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Please see attached job description in its entirety
