Candidates must reside in the state of Georgia or Pennsylvania only. Headquarters located at 414 Commerce Dr Fort Washington, PA 19034 Candidate must provide their own equipment (computer) if fully remote Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating, half-day Saturdays (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Primary Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service via phone to ensure patient satisfaction Verify patient information (demographics, health history, current medications, allergies) in computer software Work directly with other team members including other customer service representatives, pharmacists, and management to provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
