These custom-tailored experiences range from corporate events, weddings, festivals, professional sports games all the way up to the Super Bowl! Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the People Operations Generalist, the HR Coordinator will support all aspects of Human Resources (People Operations). This position is responsible for the detailed coordination between all departments within Craft Culinary Concepts. Our ideal candidate has a customer-focused attitude and is passionate about creating a seamless and delightful employment experience for team members. Primary Job Duties: This role will support the Craft Culinary Concepts office and the People Team at State Farm Stadium Management of multiple calendars including scheduling and meeting requests Answering and directing phone calls while providing excellent customer service Various administrative duties including filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, setting up meeting spaces, employment verifications, and scheduling employees Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office Facilitate lunch check-in at State Farm Stadium During events, assist with check in and check out of employees and volunteers, including uniforms, and be available to help answer any questions that may arise Facilitate new hire onboarding including new hire paperwork, background checks, I-9's, E-Verify, orientation, training, etc. Help manage inventories for all of Craft Culinary Concepts including parking passes, supplies, snacks, uniforms, etc. Maintain files and records effectively with all HRIS' available including updating certifications, etc. Help with scheduling for part time team members for events, as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: 2 years of experience within People Operations, preferred Experience working with non-profit organizations, preferred Experience in food and beverage industry, preferred Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization Collaborative and team-oriented Able to maintain confidential information Accuracy and attention to detail required Must have a driver's license Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Available to work on event days including nights, weekends, and holidays Must attain a valid TEAM or TIP certification card Must attain a valid County Food Handler's Card on file with Craft and in your possession for each event worked Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
