Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Remote / Hybrid possibility Clearance Level: Public Trust Summary We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join us in support of the FCC Enterprise Engineering and Architecture Services (EE&AS) Program to help contribute to our success. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence. Responsibilities Design/implementation of the DATA Platform with a Catalog including data asset ingestion, back-end data management, access controls, development of a front-end user-interface that provides discovery and access to both raw data and filtered data contained in the Platform and the ingestion of analytic tools such as SAS, STATA, R, Postgres/Python related libraries, ArcGIS, as well as the standard BI tools. Gathers and organizes information on problems or procedures, including present operating procedures. Analyzes data, develops information, and assesses available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Consults with clients and trains users to ensure smooth implementation and functional performance of new systems, procedures, or organizations. Plans study of work problems and procedures (i.e. organizational change, communications, information flow, decision-making processes, control processes, operational effectiveness, and cost analyses). Organizes and documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Qualifications MS and 7+ (or B.S. and 10+) years of IT Enterprise Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, and/or IT Business Process Improvement. 8+ Years providing experience in IT, CIO, or CTO support. Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written) Ability to foster teamwork and to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that further completion of desired activities and tasks Public Trust BI PMP Preferred, IEEE preferred, ITIL preferred, CMQ/OE or CQE preferred.
