The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee areas As a LPN you will work 12 hour shifts with Pediatric patients, their family members and local healthcare professionals to implement services to meet the needs of patients and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in the activities of daily living care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.
