Edovate Learning Corp. has an opening for an Education Consultant (B2C) . This is a fully remote hourly, plus commission position. Sales Experience is Required! You must live in one of the following states to apply: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia General Role Description This position reports to the Director of Business Development. Key responsibilities and their applications are described below. Contributes to market share growth through proactively selling Edovate Learning products and services through phone, video, and in-person interactions. This is a Business-to-Consumer remote/virtual sales role. Planning: Ensure that you are up to date on all features of product offerings Understand customer's needs, build strong relationships to unlock future potential Continually develop and sharpen your selling skills Plan your week and you day to maximize selling time and effectiveness Maintain competitive industry and product knowledge Execution: Interact with prospective customers and customers to demonstrate and close sales via phone, video and in person. Represent Edovate as well as our products and services at live and virtual events. Ensure that customers and prospective customers experience "Wow" service Engage is upselling and cross-selling Follow up with all leads in the established time frame Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a customer quickly over the phone Excellent telephone skills with no hesitation to call outbound Supports teams goals and demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed Proven negotiation skills Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals Some travel may be required to attend tradeshows and company events Administration: Daily check email and voicemail and follow up in a timely manner Effectively use CRM to document all interactions and maintain customer records Efficient and effective scheduling of qualified sales appointments Ask for referrals Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Deliverables: Deliver budgeted sales goals Provide personalized, positive support that aligns with Edovate's brand and directly impacts our customer retention Skills & Qualifications: Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience Product Knowledge Quality Focus Problem Solving Market Knowledge Ability to leverage technology to increase sales and improve customer experience Effective interpersonal skills Phone- soft skills Resolving Conflict Multi-tasking Edovate Learning Corp, the parent company of Curriculum Express, Elephango and Bridgeway Academy, is an educational support company that provides curriculum, companion lessons, instructor-led and live online learning and much more!
