Description:

This position's primary duty is to carry out the servicing of all hot tubs and general hot tub area of the properties as well as miscellaneous property maintenance assignments. This position will act as an interface on occasion between guests and homeowners. Some weekends may be required but typically not.Responsibilities: Monitoring hot tub usage by guests and owners. Perform general hot tub maintenance. Maintain detailed records of services performed on all hot tubs. Responsible for recording and keeping logs of the PH levels. Adjust the '+' or '-' PH levels as needed. Record temperatures and ensure temperature settings are in working condition. Notify management when work orders are completed. Perform general maintenance work as assigned by management. Heavy lifting may apply when moving furniture, lifting tools and maintenance supplies, etc.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly going to be very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds by moving furniture, and lifting tools and maintenance supplies.Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm.Reliable transportation and High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.0
