Overview: JHNA is currently seeking highly motivated candidates for a paid summer internship program. Interns will work with mentors to develop and hone their real-world skills leading to potential employment following graduation. Roles/Responsibilities: Work with our multidisciplinary team of experienced analysts and developers to develop skills to develop capabilities g improving warfighter effectiveness. You will come develop experience in software design, coding, and debugging and have the opportunity to gain exciting real-world software engineering experience at a forward leaning company. Ensure developed tools and code integrates into current analyst processes to improve efficiency. Work on individual skill development including project management, briefing and public speaking, and real-world software development. Brief developed products and results to senior analysts and management during and at the conclusion of the internship Qualifications Required: High School diploma and at least two years of college coursework completed towards a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field from an accredited institution. 3.0 GPA or higher Must be able to provide proof of enrollment and GPA. Knowledge and experience with software engineering using C++, C, and Java and Operating Systems Have excellent written and oral communication skills, multitasking skills and have the ability to work effectively in a high pressure, team environment. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government clearance.
