Job Description: The Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Sales Rep will be at the forefront of Michael and Son Services mission to provide outstanding service and solutions to our customers. The HVAC Rep resentative will play a crucial role in driving the sales force and maintaing a long lasting repore with customers by offering customized and energy efficient heating and cooling solutions for their homes. The right candidate will have experience in the following areas: 2+ years of HVAC experience or related sales to include a basic understanding of HVAC both energy efficiency and building science excellent communication , interpersonal skills strong customer service skills ability to manage your own time and work independently Responsibilities: perform in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate heating and air conditioning solutions build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty meet and exceed individual goals, as well as team goals stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and products collaborate with our installation and service teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience Must be able to pass a background and drug screening successfully Must have a valid and current driver's license Michael and Son Services, Inc. is the premier, provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services.
